Cold food, rude employees

I had dine in and food was cold and sodas were very watery. Saw a pregnant employee using a cup to dip out of a larger container the orange hibiscus drink without gloves. Very obvious these employees did not care about cleanliness or the food

i cant even explain how bad this is…

Today I ordered a Chipotle catering…

Today I ordered a Chipotle catering order for the first time. The manager (James) was extremely helpful. He waived the 24 hour notice needed and spent time on the phone explaining my options. He helped me carry the food to the car and our family had a great Mother's day meal. Please compliment James on a job well done. We'll be back soon and often.

Worst Experience Ever

I went to order Chipotle from the website. I got three tacos with all my favorite things. I then checked my order and submitted it. When I got my food it was a disgusting mess of soggy tacos with thing I did not order. The worst part was it was topped with extra guacamole something that I hate and did not order.

worst chipotle ever

bruh the chipotle on wiles SUCKS they don’t have enough workers, the lines go through the door, they work slow, they only have one person working in the front and they’re usually workin on online orders. THEY DONT SEASON ANYTHING!!!!! WORST CHIPOTLE EVER I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH go outa business or get more workers, better yet, get NEW WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND DONT HALF ASS IT. that it all, goodbye.

Rude Staff and Made Management

I went to the Rehoboth Delaware Chipolte for lunch yesterday (4/14/21) and had a bad experience.
I called later to complain to the manager Lawrence Bigford but he was not in so I left a message (with the acting manager) for him to call me. He did not return my call so I tried to contact corporate. Chipolte does not have toll free number for customer service. You can only leave a message on their web site. I did so yesterday leaving the details of my lunch experience. NO RESPONSE. Obviously they don't care.

Asked to leave with disability

I have many respiratory issues and anything on my face will put me in a panic. Our governor said no more masks required decided to go eat like a normal person. Was asked to leave even after explaining can't wear a mask due to disability. I've never been treated this way!

Dont get me wrong about the burrito

Dont get me wrong, i can appreciate a burrito with pleanty of guts. The service in most stores is prtty good. My issue is with the layout of the said burrito. Few make it where it is enjoyable to the end. The issue here is where the ingredients are laid out linear or from one side to the other. the failure comes when the linear ingredients are sqeezed to the middle from the ends first pushing everything that was in a line to the middle offsetting the original layout. Then to make things worse it isnt wrapped with the ingredients from one end to the next as it was laid out. Very frustrating and not very tasty. So the first bit is just rice. Then perhaps some lettuce. Then whatever else that's not arranged properly will show up. Long story short the experience is mush less than satifying. Train to not alter the layoutIt could work. the are a couple of people who can make a tasty burrito. Most I hate to see in the line wrapping the. This is not one particular store also. Burrito biters like bread. Thats why we dont order bowls. Girls eat bowls IMO. Im all boy and will eat a burrito every time. And why does the Izze soda have no expiration date. they go bad after a year and produse a pretty cramped tummy if u have one. Happened in Feb to me from union ave 38104.

Chipotle Employees Are Stealing Credit Card Information

My debit card was used to make two unauthorized purcahses on chipotle.com. I contacted the company as soon as I noticed the theft. Here we are, over a month later and I've only been given the run around. Every time I call they know exactly who I am, tell me someone is going to follow up with me, then nothing else happens. I strongly believe that chipotle.com is allowing their employees to get away with petty theft. There are tons of internet scams and credit/debit card scams going on right now. To avoid becoming a victim DO NOT order from chipotle.com.

I ordered from 96 sunrise hwy 11757

I ordered from 96 sunrise hwy 11757. I ordered the simplest thing and they got it wrong, my food was fresh asf and it was missing a couple of things well. My food was so freaking cold and looked as if it was just thrown together on the plate. I'm on my Karen shxt, I will never be ordering from there again.

I visited the Chipotle in Canton

Chipotle in Canton, GA. The chips were stale and old tasting. The rice didn't taste fresh either. My husband say you guys are suppose to cook everything fresh everyday. I will not be back to Chipotle on Cumming hwy, Canton, GA.

Worst experience, terrible employee

Within the past 6 months EVERY time I order online from the Stillwater MN Chipotle my order is messed up in some way. I’ve always dealt with it but my experience tonight has led me here.
My bowl consisted of chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. I got home and opened the bowl to see a few pieces of chicken drowned in sour cream with some cheese sprinkled on top. I took the order back because it was disgusting and missing over half of my order. The blonde girl that helped me was visibly pissed I came back in and remade the order, wrong again. She put in a different meat and left out guac. I didn’t watch as she made so when I got into my car and realized, I went back inside and she made some comment about how I was back for the 16th time. At this point she was practically seething. She was adamant that the brown stringy meat was chicken and that I hadn’t order guac. I showed her the literal order on the sticker of the first bowl and she slapped some guac on and practically pushed me away.
I have never had such a negative experience here and what was even more pleasant was the fact the employee that screwed it up twice in a row was mad at me for wanting to get what I had ordered.
This is in addition to at least 4 other times they seemingly deliberately leave out ingredients, especially guac. If I’m paying almost $3 to have some in my bowl I don’t feel it’s unreasonable to get it.
